2013年是中央提出实施东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略十周年。十年间,东北城市转型见成绩,装备制造业振兴见成效,东北三省一直领跑国内区域经济。然而东北振兴进入爬坡“啃硬骨头”的新十年阶段,社会各界一直盼望的“新政”却迟迟不见动静。当时间进入6月,却有好消息传来:国家发改委已开始研究新的振兴东北经济中长期措施。同时,国家发改委东北司制定的《近期支持东北地区发展的十个方面政策举措(草案)》目前征求意见已经完毕,有望近期出台。
2013 marks the 10th anniversary of the Central Government’s proposal to revitalize northeast China’s old industrial bases. In the past ten years, achievements in the transformation of the northeast cities and achievements in the revitalization of the equipment manufacturing industry have led the three northeastern provinces to lead the domestic regional economy. However, the rejuvenation of the northeast into the new decade of climbing, “eating a tough bones,” and the community has long been looking forward to the “New Deal” has not seen any movement. When the time came in June, there was good news: the National Development and Reform Commission has started to study new medium- and long-term measures to rejuvenate the northeast economy. At the same time, the Northeast Development and Reform Commission formulated the “Ten Support Measures for the Development of the Northeast Region in the Near Future (Draft)”. At present, the solicitation of opinions has been completed and is expected to be introduced soon.
