新生儿窒息是產科學上的一个重大問題,以往我們所采取的急救方法,效果都不能令人滿意。59年1月我們學習祖國醫学應用勞宮穴位壓迫法急救新生儿窒息,迄2月底共施行28例,效果奇佳,今將我們施行情况初步介紹如下。 一、實施方法:遇新生儿窒息者,如口腔內有粘液先吸出。然后將新生儿平放,助產者用二手大拇指用力壓迫嬰儿之二侧勞宮穴,壓迫3—4秒間歇3—4秒,一按一放(見照片)。同時可以加壓迫長强穴。操作
