以待建的新疆110m全可动射电望远镜结构为分析平台,选取副反射面结构为研究对象,采用瞬态传热有限元分析方法,建立了考虑直接太阳辐射、散射太阳辐射、地面反射等因素的望远镜反射面结构日照温度场精细化数值模型。并选取最不利工况对其进行日照作用分析,获得了望远镜变位中电磁波聚焦在副反射面产生的“太阳灶”效应的时间及空间分布特性。其成果将为副反射面结构的设计、建造及工作性能的正常发挥提供必要支撑,也为此类问题的解决提供相应的技术参考。
Taking the structure of 110m all-movable radio telescope to be built as the analysis platform, taking the structure of the secondary reflector as the research object and adopting the transient heat transfer finite element analysis method, the factors of direct solar radiation, scattered solar radiation and ground reflection are established Telescope Reflector Surface Structure Sunshine Temperature Finer Numerical Model. And the most unfavorable conditions were selected to conduct sunshine analysis. The time and space distribution of the “solar cookers” effect caused by electromagnetic wave focusing on the secondary reflecting surface in the telescope displacement were obtained. The results will provide the necessary support for the design, construction and working performance of the secondary reflector structure, and provide corresponding technical reference for the solution of such problems.
