我国收入分配理论的三个突破 改革开放以来,随着我国经济体制改革的逐步深入,特别是随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,在收入分配理论方面有很大突破,主要有三个方面:一是允许和鼓励一部分人、一部分地区先富起来,先富帮助和带动后富,逐步达到共同富裕。这是邓小平同志讲的。二是实行效率优先、兼顾公平的原则。这在党的十四届三中全会的决定中有明确表述。三是坚持按劳分配为主,允许和鼓励资本、技术等生产要素参与分配。这是党的十五大明确提出的。 这些理论原则来之不易,是我们党
