职工教育培养对现代经济发展的巨大作用正被丰富的实际经验和众多的理论成果所证实。在科学技术高速发展、技术及产品更新速率日益加快的现代社会,职工教育培训正成为企业生产率的重要决定因素。因此各国政府以及企业日益重视职工教育培训。本文通过对一些发达国家职工教育培训在办学形式、管理体制和法律规定的分析研究,总结各国在职工教育培训方面的共同特点和优秀经验,供我国企业学习和借鉴。
The tremendous effect of staff education and training on the development of modern economy is being confirmed by a wealth of practical experience and numerous theoretical achievements. In the modern society where the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing rate of technology and product renewal, staff education and training are becoming an important determinant of enterprise productivity. Therefore, governments and enterprises all over the world pay increasing attention to employee education and training. This article summarizes the common characteristics and excellent experiences of employees in education and training in various countries through the analysis and study of the forms, management systems and legal provisions of employee education and training in developed countries for our enterprises to learn and use for reference.
