在学校管理中,德育制度作为一种重要的管理手段必不可少,但管理制度依循什么样的教育理念、什么样的心理规律、采取什么样的策略方法,则体现着管理者的智慧与情感。近年来,我校依托“教育的生命即生命的教育”这一教育理念,遵循“上善若水,厚德载物”的教育哲学,构建了“学业互助、困难救助、考核激励、违纪惩戒与申诉”四大管理机制,形成了完备的德育制度体系。1.学业互助制度。依据“同伴互助,平行激励”的教育规律,我校建立了学业互助制度。这一制度的实施有三种方式:一是学长制,即高年级学生帮
