为总结学会工作,交流经验,完善学会的组织建设。中国养蜂学会于1986年3月20～22日在浙江省杭州市首次召开了全国省级养蜂学会、协会、研究会、学组的秘书长工作会议。参加会议的有15个省、自治区、直辖市的26名代表。会议由中国养蜂学会副理事长兼秘书长范正友主持,副理事长黄文诚、副秘书长陈世璧出席了会议。中国农学会和浙江省科协、浙江省农学会的负责同志也出席了会议。会议首先传达了“一九八五年中国农学会工作会议”及“中国农学会会员登记、发展和管理办法”等有关精神,然后进行工作总结、交流工作经验,并就“七五”期间学会的工作规划等问题,进行了认真的研究与讨论。会议期间中国农学会
