一、11号台风暴雨洪水及调度 受11号台风暴雨影响,沂沭泗流域普降暴雨,沂河、沭河、邳苍地区降了大暴雨到特大暴雨,暴雨中心在沂沭河中游偏上。本次降雨8月19日8时开始到20日12时雨止,全流域平均降雨133毫米,其中沭河(大官庄以上)平均降雨219毫米,沂河(临沂以上)平均降雨182毫米,邳苍地区平均降雨148毫米,南四湖平均降雨55毫米,日降雨以沂河高里站289毫米为最大。
