■建筑施工企业的安全生产问题是一个老生常谈的问题,一方面因为它是关系到社会稳定和每个职工的生命及国家财产的大事;另一方面是因为对于发生的重大事故,建设部年年通报,但还是年年层出不穷。■据建设部的统计显示,2004年1月以来,全国共发生建筑施工事故956起、死亡1125人。其中发生一次死亡3人以上重大事故41起、死亡170人。这些统计数字,令人触目惊心。■解决建筑施工安全生产问题,仅靠安全帽、防护网等硬件防护措施是远远不够的,我们还需要从更深层次去思考解决这个问题的办法。
■ The problem of safety in building construction enterprises is a common problem because it is a matter of social stability and the life and national property of each worker.
