微博在中国的迅速发展以及微博问政的兴起,为公民参政议政、表达民意提供了一种新工具,构建了一个信息发布、舆论引导、政民互动的新平台。这个平台已经显示出行政监督的重要功能,但同时,它也存在信息传播失真、公众参与无序、缺乏必要的运行规范和法律制度约束等问题。因此,文章拟从行政监督的视角研究我国微博问政的现状,分析我国微博问政目前存在的问题,积极探索发挥微博问政推进行政监督功能的对策。
The rapid development of Weibo in China and the rise of Weibo to ask for government provide a new tool for citizens to participate in politics and express their opinions, and build a new platform for information dissemination, media guidance and interaction between government and people. This platform has shown the important function of administrative supervision, but at the same time, it also has some problems such as the distortion of information transmission, disorder of public participation, lack of necessary operational standards and restriction of legal system. Therefore, the article intends to study the status quo of China’s micro-blog politics from the perspective of administrative supervision, analyze the existing problems of micro-blog politics in our country, and actively explore the countermeasures to promote the administrative supervision function of micro-blog politics.
