舶来的“CFO”(首席财务官)在我国日渐升温。特别是近几年,随着我国市场经济的高速发展、全球经济一体化的推进以及国家对公司治理结构规范化的加速,担负财务战略制定者的CFO俨然已成为企业的核心高级管理者。但“CFO”想要在中国企业发展壮大的建设中成为栋梁之才,转型是必由之路。作为一名从业多年的CFO,笔者认为中国CFO需要塑造以下七种角色定位,提升能力水平,以适应转型发展的需要。
The imported “CFO” (CFO) is heating up in our country. Especially in recent years, with the rapid development of China’s market economy, the promotion of global economic integration and the acceleration of the standardization of the corporate governance structure of the country, the CFO responsible for making financial strategy has become the core senior manager of an enterprise. However, “CFO” wants to become a pillar in the development of Chinese enterprises, so the transformation is the only way forward. As a CFO who has been practicing for many years, I think CFOs in China need to create the following seven roles and enhance their capabilities so as to meet the needs of transformation and development.
