目的:测定藏药二十五味珊瑚丸中两种微量元素Cu和Fe的含量,为其质量控制提供参考。方法:参照《中国药典》二部附录ΙΧ原子吸收分光光度法,建立二十五味珊瑚丸中Cu和Fe的含量测定方法。结果:火焰原子吸收光谱法测定二十五味珊瑚丸中微量元素Cu和Fe的含量,线性关系良好,检出限分别为Cu 0.038mg/L,Fe 0.017 mg/L;Cu元素的加样回收率为97.10%,RSD=0.5128%,Fe元素的加样回收率为100.19%,RSD=0.0174%;二十五味珊瑚丸中Cu元素的含量为0.01234 mg/g,Fe元素的含量为1.64556 mg/g。结论:藏药二十五味珊瑚丸中Cu、Fe元素的含量较高,可能为其发挥疗效起到重要作用。
Objective: To determine the contents of two trace elements Cu and Fe in Twenty-five Coral Pills of Tibetan Medicine, and provide reference for its quality control. Methods: To determine the contents of Cu and Fe in Twenty-five Coral Pills according to Appendix Ⅱ of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, Appendix ⅩΧ Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. Results: Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the contents of trace elements Cu and Fe in Twenty-five coral pills with good linearity. The detection limits were Cu 0.038 mg / L and Fe 0.017 mg / L, respectively. The recovery rate of Fe was 100.19% and the RSD was 0.0174%. The content of Cu in Twenty-five coral pills was 0.01234 mg / g and the content of Fe was 1.64556 mg / g. Conclusion: The content of Cu and Fe in Twenty-five coral pills of Tibetan medicine is high, which may play an important role in its curative effect.
