乳腺增生病占妇女乳腺疾病的1/3以上,是广大妇女的多发病和常见病。其中,乳腺小叶及乳腺导管上皮的不典型增生又有一定的癌变率,属癌前病。因此,对本病的治疗引起人们的广泛重视,至今,国内外尚未报告有十分满意的治疗效果。我院在十余年临床经验基础上,按中医药基本理论,选用8种中药合理配伍,采用现代科学提取工艺研制的散乳口服液自1992年以来治疗了1000例乳腺增生患者,对其中的100例进行追踪观察总有效率达92％,取得较满意的效果,现将制备方法,质量控制及疗效介绍如下。
Hyperplasia of mammary glands accounts for more than one-third of women’s breast diseases and is a frequent and common disease in women. Among them, atypical hyperplasia of breast lobule and mammary gland ductal epithelium has a certain rate of canceration, belonging to precancerous condition. Therefore, the treatment of this disease has caused people’s extensive attention. So far, no satisfactory therapeutic effect has been reported at home and abroad. On the basis of more than ten years of clinical experience in our hospital, according to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines are selected for rational compatibility. The use of modern scientific extraction technology has developed 1,000 cases of breast hyperplasia patients since 1992. In 100 cases, the total effective rate was 92%, and satisfactory results were obtained. The preparation method, quality control, and curative effect are described below.
