目的观察哮喘大鼠BALF中肺表面活性物质(PS)的功能和各磷脂组分含量的变化。方法设立正常对照组和哮喘模型组,建立大鼠哮喘模型,检测BALF中表面张力、磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰肌醇和磷脂酰丝氨酸的含量。结果两组中的表面张力(Nn/m)、磷脂酰胆碱(g/L)、磷脂酰肌醇(g/L)和磷脂酰丝氨酸(g/L)的测定结果分别为,正常对照组60.508±1.327,7.437±0.736,0.382±0.032,0.262±0.041,65.151±1.791,6.184±0.465,0.377±0.045和0.255±0.039。哮喘模型组BALF中表面张力明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),磷脂酰胆碱含量低于正常对照组(P<0.01),两者呈负相关,磷脂酰肌醇和磷脂酰丝氨酸与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论哮喘发作期大鼠体内存在PS功能和磷脂含量的异常。
Objective To observe the function of pulmonary surfactant (PS) in BALF and the content of each phospholipid component in asthmatic rats. Methods The normal control group and asthma model group were established. The rat asthma model was established. The surface tension, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylserine content in BALF were detected. Results The results of the measurement of surface tension (Nn / m), phosphatidylcholine (g / L), phosphatidylinositol (g / L) and phosphatidylserine (g / 60.508 ± 1.327, 7.437 ± 0.736, 0.382 ± 0.032, 0.262 ± 0.041, 65.151 ± 1.791, 6.184 ± 0.465, 0.377 ± 0.045 and 0.255 ± 0.039. The surface tension of BALF in asthmatic model group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.01), and the content of phosphatidylcholine was lower than that in normal control group (P <0.01). There was a negative correlation between phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylserine and normal There was no significant difference in the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is an abnormal PS function and phospholipid content in asthmatic rats.
