近几年,国内艾滋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣等性传播疾病流行形势不容乐观,某些地区呈现明显上升趋势,就诊患者亦有增加。妇科门诊在日常的工作中难免接触这类患者的体液、血液、分泌物,因此妇科门诊除常规感染性疾病防控管理之外,还存在这些性传播疾病医院感染潜在危险〔1,2〕。为此,本医院在调查分析的基础上,制定了专门管理措施。
In recent years, the epidemic situation of sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS, syphilis and genital warts in China is not optimistic. In some areas, there is a clear upward trend and the number of patients receiving treatment has also increased. Gynecological clinics in their daily work will inevitably contact with such patients body fluids, blood, secretions, gynecological clinics in addition to routine infectious disease prevention and control, there are also potential risks of these sexually transmitted diseases nosocomial infection [1,2]. To this end, the hospital based on the investigation and analysis, developed a special management measures.
