当前,国家和军队医药体制改革为军队药品采购改革提出了新的要求。因此,我们应在分析形势、总结经验的基础上,认真研究对策,不断深化军队药品集中采购改革。现就有关问题思考如下。1军队药品集中采购的现状多年来,军队医疗卫生系统按照“科学筹划、精心组织、以点带面、稳步实施”的总体要求,积极推行军队药品集中采购改革,在构建集中采购模式、规范集中采购秩序、提高综合保障效益等方面取得了显著成效。
