随着对“重实体,轻程序”观念的摈弃,程序正义的观念越来越深入人心。在肯定程序正义的独立价值的同时,我们不得不进一步思考一个问题,那就是如何让程序正义在我国的法治建设进程中大展手脚。法治建设不仅仅是国家的事,它的实现需要每一个公民的共同努力,因此本文换一个角度着重从“守法”方面分析了程序正义在法治建设进程中的作用。
With the abandonment of the concept of “heavy entity, light program”, the concept of procedural justice has gained more and more popularity. While affirming the independent value of procedural justice, we have to think further about the issue of how to make procedural justice play its role in the process of rule of law in our country. The construction of the rule of law is not only a matter of the state, but its realization requires the concerted efforts of every citizen. Therefore, this article analyzes the role of procedural justice in the process of the rule of law from an “angle of law” perspective.
