目的研究AF131784在胃癌组织和癌前病变组织中的表达情况并探讨其对胃癌诊断的临床意义。方法应用实时定量反转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)技术检测134例组织样本(包括104例胃癌组织和30例胃黏膜异型增生组织)中AF131784的表达量。结果 AF131784在胃癌组织中的表达量较成对的癌旁组织降低2.1倍(P=0.000)。AF131784在早期胃癌组织及胃黏膜异型增生组织中的表达量也显著降低。结论 AF131784在胃癌的发生中可能起重要作用,并且有可能成为胃癌早期筛查的肿瘤生物学标志物。
Objective To study the expression of AF131784 in gastric cancer tissues and precancerous lesions and to explore the clinical significance of AF131784 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods Real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of AF131784 in 134 tissue samples (including 104 gastric cancer tissues and 30 gastric dysplasia tissues). Results The expression of AF131784 in gastric cancer tissue was 2.1-fold lower than that in paired paracancerous tissues (P = 0.000). The expression of AF131784 in early gastric cancer and gastric dysplasia was also significantly reduced. Conclusion AF131784 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer and may become a tumor biomarker for early screening of gastric cancer.
