目的:探讨护理管理干预对骨科患者护患信任度的影响。方法:选取医院200例骨科患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对观察组进行护理干预,并填写护患关系信任度调查表和护理满意度调查表。结果:两组患者在护患关系信任度中,观察组总分明显高于对照组,而且观察组患者满意度也高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:早期护理干预,能显著提高骨科患者护患信任度和满意度。
Objective: To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the trust of nurses and patients in orthopedic patients. Methods: 200 orthopedic patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Nursing intervention was conducted in the observation group. The questionnaire of nursing-patient relationship trust and nursing satisfaction questionnaire were filled in. Results: The two groups of patients in the nurse-patient relationship trust, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the satisfaction of the observation group was also higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Early nursing intervention can significantly improve the confidence and satisfaction of nurses and patients in orthopedic patients.
