煤柱合理宽度直接影响孤岛综放面沿空巷道围岩控制效果。针对8105孤岛综放面地质条件,提出采用锚梁网索联合支护技术控制围岩变形。基于8105轨道运输巷支护方案,采用非线性数值计算方法对不同宽度煤柱条件下围岩控制效果进行了优化分析,确定了合理煤柱宽度为6.5 m。实施效果表明了留设煤柱宽度合理,支护方案能有效控制巷道围岩变形,取得了满意的技术经济效果。
The reasonable width of coal pillar directly affects the surrounding rock control effect of gob-side entry in fully-mechanized caving face with isolated island. According to the geological conditions of 8105 fully mechanized top-coal caving face, it is proposed to control the deformation of surrounding rock with the combined support technology of anchor beam and net. Based on the 8105 rail transportation roadway support scheme, the nonlinear numerical calculation method is used to optimize the surrounding rock control effect under different width coal pillar conditions, and the reasonable coal pillar width is 6.5m. The implementation results show that the width of coal pillar is reasonable and the support scheme can effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock and achieve satisfactory technical and economic results.
