新闻时政类节目的直播存在一定难度:内容要有广度和深度;话题要切中时弊但又要有大局意识;听众参与既要踊跃,还要有真知灼见;这些就对主持人素质、挑选话题、前期采访、邀请嘉宾、如何设问、怎样设计互动方式提出种种要求。1.主持人首先得是个好记者新闻时政类主持人,必须从记者做起。记者生涯能够锻炼直播主持人的语言表达能力,简洁而有文采,节目听起来才更流畅舒服;二是培养主持人用很短时间组织要点,用合乎广播特点的语言传播;三是善于提问,直接切中要害,进入主题;第四则是应变能力强,如有突发情况采取哪些应变措施,如何救场,在节目中的发挥使用常常也是瞬间完成的,需要多年的采编经验积累。2.三种类型话题容易吸引听众
