我院汽车检测与维修技术专业“2+1”培养模式改革初见成效。总结经验,继续对培养计划、理实一体化教学、成绩考核及实践教学等环节进行大胆改革,构建以就业为导向的理实一体化课程体系和学生自主选择专业方向的改革方案,不仅有利于实践技能教学和专业理论教学融会贯通,而且有利于学生建立明确的学习目标,便于培养学生的综合素质和职业能力。
Our hospital car inspection and repair technology professional “2 + 1 ” training mode reform has achieved initial success. Summarizing the experience, we should boldly reform training programs, integration of practical teaching, performance evaluation and practical teaching so as to construct an employment-oriented, realistic and integrated curriculum system and students’ independent choice of professional reform programs, which are not only conducive to Practical skills teaching and professional theory teaching mastery, but also conducive to students to establish a clear learning objectives, to facilitate the cultivation of students’ overall quality and professional ability.
