陈德霖名鋆璋,字麓畊,号漱云,小名石头。清同治元年(1862年)九月初五日生于北京,民国十九年(1930年)七月二十七日逝世,终年六十九岁。他是梅巧玲、时小福之后,王瑶卿、梅兰芳之前的著名京剧青衣。德霖之祖父陈世寿,世袭二等子爵,曾任山东青州副都统。父陈广志在山东武定府开米粮店。德霖幼年丧父,随母亲滕氏来京投亲。他因家贫,九岁开始学戏,先入恭亲王府立的全福昆腔科班,十二岁又入程大老板(长庚)主办的三庆班。初从程章圃(长庚之姪)学刀马旦:后又从朱莲芬学昆旦(朱为著名昆旦,“同光十三绝”之一),如:《游园惊梦》、
