简述了蓄热式燃烧技术的工作原理,并对燃料换向蓄热式燃烧技术和燃料不换向蓄热式燃烧技术进行了比较。针对目前大型的50 t以天然气为燃料的圆形熔铝炉,利用CFD软件,对采用对冲式不换向熔铝炉炉内传热、流动以及燃烧进行了三维稳态流动的模拟研究。通过数值模拟得到了炉内气体温度场、流场的分布情况,为对冲式不换向蓄热式熔铝炉的设计与研究提供了理论基础。最后,通过实际工程项目的节能效果验证了数学模型及数值模拟的正确性。
The operating principle of regenerative combustion technology is briefly described. The comparison between fuel-to-regenerative combustion technology and fuel-non-reversing regenerative combustion technology is made. Aiming at the current large 50 t round aluminum melting furnace with natural gas as fuel, the CFD software was used to simulate the three-dimensional steady flow of heat transfer, flow and combustion in the hedge without moving aluminum furnace. By numerical simulation, the gas temperature field and the distribution of the flow field in the furnace are obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and research of the hedge-type non-reversing regenerative aluminum melting furnace. Finally, the correctness of the mathematical model and numerical simulation is verified by the energy-saving effect of the actual project.
