我院自1970年以来收治脑血管病418例,其中19例为以卒中样方式起病的肿瘤(占4.5％)。这些患者在入院时均诊断为脑血栓形成或蛛网膜下腔出血。后经特殊检查而确诊为肿瘤伴脑卒中发作。现将有关临床资料总结如下。
418 cases of cerebrovascular disease have been treated in our hospital since 1970, of which 19 were stroke-like tumors (4.5%). These patients were diagnosed as cerebral thrombosis or subarachnoid hemorrhage on admission. After the special examination confirmed the tumor with stroke. The relevant clinical data are summarized below.
