[目的]观察健脾补肾活血清热方联合西药治疗妊娠早中期宫腔血肿疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将140例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法分为两组。对照组62例根据检查结果适当采用HCG及黄体酮胶丸300mg/d,早100mg、晚200mg口服;或地屈孕酮予以黄体支持治疗。治疗组78例健脾补肾活血清热方(黄芪30g,白术炒15g,菟丝子20g,桑寄生15g,续断10g,当归6g,苎麻根20g,蒲公英、黄芩各10g,仙鹤草30g,升麻、陈皮、甘草炙各6g),1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、孕酮值、感染率、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈45例,有效21例,无效12例,总有效率84.62%。对照组痊愈20例,有效34例,无效8例,总有效率87.10%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。孕酮值均有改善(P<0.05)。感染率治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾补肾活血清热方联合西药治疗妊娠早中期宫腔血肿效果显著,值得推广。

The total effective rate was 84.62%. The control group recovered 20 cases, effective in 34 cases, 8 cases, the total effective rate was 87.10%. The treatment group than the control group (P <0.01). Progesterone values were improved (P <0.05). The infection rate in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Qingre Decoction combined with Western medicine has a significant effect in treating uterine hematoma in early and middle stages of pregnancy and is worthy of promotion.
