目的掌握作业场所职业病危害因素的状况,指导职业病危害防控工作。方法对作业现场进行职业卫生调查,主要包括生产工艺、职业病危害因素分布、防护设施、防护用品等;依据国家相应标准进行职业病危害因素检测与评价工作。结果本项目存在的职业病危害因素为石灰石粉尘、噪声等。检测结果显示,粉尘检测浓度最大值为2.93 mg/m3,各粉尘检测点浓度均符合标准,潜孔钻机和挖掘机司机接触8 h等效声级强度超过标准限值,分别达到了86.0 dB和90.6 dB。结论本项目粉尘与噪声危害需受到重视,有害因素的防护应注重职业病防护设施的维护和个体防护用品的使用管理。
Objective To understand the status of occupational hazards in workplace and to guide the prevention and control of occupational hazards. Methods Occupational health survey was conducted on the job site, which mainly included the production process, the distribution of occupational hazards, protective facilities, protective articles, etc .; and the detection and evaluation of occupational hazards according to the national standards. Results The occupational hazards in this project are limestone dust, noise and so on. The test results showed that the maximum concentration of dust was 2.93 mg / m3 and the concentrations of all the dust test points were within the standard. The equivalent sound level intensities of the drills and diggers drivers exposed to the 8 h exceeded the standard limits by 86.0 dB and 90.6 dB. Conclusion The dust and noise hazards of the project need to be taken seriously, the protection of harmful factors should pay attention to the protection of occupational disease protection facilities and the use of personal protective equipment management.
