笔者在苏北一所农村学校——赣榆县海头二小工作近20年，又身为县兼职教研员，非常关心农村课改状况，经常走访教师，实地调查研究，对本县农村课改现状颇为了解。 新课改历经数年，打破了许多传统观念，在课程功能、结构、内容、实施、评价、管理等方面较原来有了很大的创新，我们农村小学老师对此体会很深。但随着新课改逐步向纵深发展，各种新矛盾不断涌现，引发我们许多困惑。如果再用以前的老办法进行解决，收效甚微，可以
