技术进步促进经济增长,R&D投入是技术进步的基础。本文利用中国1987—2005年的R&D投入和GDP数据,采用协整、误差修正模型(ECM)及葛兰杰因果检验技术,得出结论:从长期来看,R&D投入和中国经济增长之间存在着稳定均衡关系;在我们所研究期间的短期内,R&D投入变动不是经济增长的葛兰杰原因。本文给出的解释是:R&D投入和经济增长的关系跨技术和商业两个界面。R&D投入主要表现在技术领域,从技术扩展到商业应用需要一个过程,在这个过程中,市场激励和企业家精神非常重要。
Technological progress to promote economic growth, R & D investment is the basis for technological progress. Based on the R & D investment and GDP data from 1987 to 2005 in China, the paper uses cointegration, error correction model (ECM) and Granger causality test to conclude that in the long run, there is a stable between R & D investment and China’s economic growth Equilibrium; in the short term of our study, changes in R & D investment were not Granger reasons for economic growth. This article gives the explanation is: R & D investment and economic growth across the two interfaces of technology and commerce. R & D investment mainly in the field of technology, from technology to business applications requires a process in which market incentives and entrepreneurship is very important.
