在“中国美国史研究会”的资助下,我室编译了《美国史译丛》第二期。出版时,恰值研究会成立三周年,兹以此献给读者,一者纪念学会的建立,二者向同志们请教。本期以美国外交史为主要内容,包括四篇译文和十七件资料。译文中,有两篇是对美国外交史上两个比较重要的问题所作的阐述;另两篇对于美国外交史学的发展状况作了介绍。资料是依照时间顺序排列的。需要说明的是,资料内容并不构成什么体系,也无中心思想,只是将我们过去几年零零星星所译出的已经校订过的部分文件(截止于二
With the assistance of “China American History Research Society”, I compiled the second issue of “American History Collection”. At the time of publication, it coincided with the third anniversary of the founding of the Association, hereby dedicated it to readers and one to commemorate the founding of the Association, both of whom sought advice from their comrades. This issue focuses on the history of U.S. diplomacy, including four translations and 17 pieces of information. Two of the translations are elaborations on the two more important issues in the diplomatic history of the United States; the other two provide an introduction to the development of American diplomatic history. Data are arranged in chronological order. What needs to be explained is that the content of the information does not constitute a system and there is no central idea.
