对于法医物证的研究现在多集中于DNA的检验,有关常规法医物证检验的文章就显得越来越少了。但有时DNA检验并不能完全取代常规法医物证检验,如对于已做了结扎手术的犯罪嫌疑人的精斑检验DNA技术就几乎无能为力。笔者在法医物证检验工作中,感到传统中和试验有些步骤较繁琐,不利于案件的快速检验,如8-16倍抗血清的配制、在凹玻板中对检材逐个进行倍比稀释等。经过一段时间的反复试验,逐渐建立起一种新的中和试验方法,现介绍如下:
Research on forensic evidence is now mostly focused on DNA testing, and articles on routine forensic evidence testing appear less and less. Sometimes, however, DNA testing does not completely replace routine forensic evidence testing. For example, it is almost impossible to detect DNA using a fine print of a suspect who has already done a ligation. I forensic evidence in the inspection work, some traditional testing methods and feel more cumbersome, is not conducive to the rapid test cases, such as 8-16 times the preparation of antisera, in the concave glass panels on the specimen one by one dilution ratio. After a period of trial and error, and gradually establish a new method of neutralization test, are presented below:
