Objective To investigate the level of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in non-acute asthma patients. Methods Sixty non-acute asthmatic patients were divided into groups according to age. Flow cytometry was used to detect the level of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells. Compared with 60 healthy controls, there were differences in different age groups. Results ① P <0.05 in 4 ~ 19 years old (juvenile group) was significantly different. ② 20 ~ 49 age group (youth group): P> 0.05 no significant difference. ③50 ~ 70 age group (elderly group): P <0.05 difference was significant. Conclusions The onset of asthma may be related to the level of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in patients. It is worth further study and discussion, which provides a new basis and new ideas for clinical treatment of asthma.
