自1985年《药品管理法》颁布实施以来,各级药品监督网络的建立建全,加强了对医药市场的监督管理,药品市场秩序一度好转,药品质量也有明显提高。但是,近两年来,由于管理上的漏洞,出现了“百业经药”的现象,医药市场上仍有假劣药品流通。本文对此进行剖析,并提出改进意见。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the Drug Administration Law in 1985, the establishment and construction of drug supervision networks at all levels has been completed and the supervision and administration of the pharmaceutical market has been strengthened. The pharmaceutical market order has been improved at one time and the quality of medicines has also been significantly improved. However, in the past two years, due to the loopholes in management, there has been a phenomenon that “every industry and every profession and medicine” exists. There is still circulation of counterfeit medicines in the pharmaceutical market. This article analyzes this and proposes improvements.
