采用丹酰氯荧光标记、聚酰胺薄层分析测定65名3~7岁健康儿童的红细胞精脒含量和体格生长。结果表明:红细胞精脒与健康儿童体重、身高绝对值和不同年龄别身高百分位无显著相关,但与健康儿童的不同年龄别体重百分位和不同身高别体重百分位显著相关,提示红细胞精脒含量的正常水平在健康儿童中与近期营养状况和生长速率有一定的相关作用。
Dansyl chloride fluorescent labeling, polyamide thin layer analysis of 65 children aged 3 to 7 healthy children erythrocyte spermine concentration and physical growth. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between body weight, absolute height value and height percentile of different age groups of erythrocyte spermidine and healthy children, but significant correlation with weight percentile of different ages and weight percentile of healthy children The normal level of erythrocyte spermidine levels has some correlation with recent nutritional status and growth rate in healthy children.
