The geochemical characteristics of elemental assemblages, ore-bearing parts of manganese-bearing rocks, manganese-bearing beds and manganese-bearing beds of typical high-quality manganese deposits are discussed. Geochemical anomaly patterns and prospecting signs of manganese deposits are summarized.
