工学模式已在高职院校中得到了广泛的应用,在工学结合的人才培养模式下需要对高校人力资源管理机制进行创新,这样高职人力资源管理机制才能更加合理,更能满足现实需求。本文对工学结合的内涵做了简单介绍,对高职院校中人力资源管理机制存在的问题进行了分析,根据这些问题提出了创新措施。通过这些介绍可以对工学结合模式下高职人力资源管理机制的创新有更好的认识和了解。
The engineering model has been widely used in higher vocational colleges. Under the training mode of combining work and learning, it is necessary to innovate the mechanism of human resources management in colleges and universities so that the human resources management mechanism in higher vocational colleges can be more reasonable and better meet the realistic needs. This article gives a brief introduction to the connotation of the combination of work and study, analyzes the existing problems of the human resource management mechanism in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the innovative measures according to these problems. Through these introductions, we can get a better understanding and understanding of the innovation of human resource management mechanism of higher vocational education under the mode of combination of work and study.
