作者报导6个患帕金森氏病(PD)的家族,其共同点为:各患者出现症状的时间相近;与年龄无关;与血缘无关典型报导如下: 家族1:先证者,男37岁,因震颤、强直、面具脸而诊断为PD。其母2年前(当时58岁)已有类似症状,其父于次年(66岁)也出现相同症状。皆诊断为PD,均对左旋多巴治疗有效。家中唯有先证者之兄,因拒绝进食父亲规定的含有大量葵花籽的“健康食品”饮食而未患PD。家族5:先证者,男,1923年生,1965年出现运动迟缓、震颤等,1981年诊断为PD。其父1895年生,1957年出现震颤、发音无力、诊断为PD。但先证者之孪生兄弟却未患PD。
The authors report six families with Parkinson’s disease (PD) that have in common: time to symptom onset in each patient; age-independence; unrelated blood-related typical reports are as follows: Family 1: proband, male, 37 years old, Due to tremor, stiffness, mask face and diagnosed as PD. His mother had similar symptoms two years ago (58 years old at that time), and her father had the same symptoms in the following year (66 years). The only brother of the proband in the family was not suffering from PD, refusing to eat the “healthy food” diet containing a large amount of sunflower seeds as stipulated by his father. Family 5: proband, male, born in 1923, 1965 appeared sluggish, tremor, etc., in 1981 diagnosed as PD. His father was born in 1895, tremor in 1957, unable to pronounce, the diagnosis of PD. But the proband’s twin brother did not suffer from PD.
