杨干象(Cryptorrhynchus lapathi L.)又名杨干白尾象虫,主要在东北3省危害多种杨树与柳树,造成了极大的经济及生态损失。目前,利用植物源引诱剂来控制其危害是最有效的控制方法,而触角感受器的研究对于了解杨干象对杨柳树挥发性物质的感受机制,从而开发行之有效的植物源引诱剂具有非常重要的作用。本文利用扫描电镜技术,对杨干象的触角感受器类型、分布进行了研究。结果表明:杨干象触角共9节,有5种感器类型,包括刺形感器(4类亚型)、毛形感器、B?hm氏鬃毛、锥形感器(2类亚型)、钟形感器。
Cryptorrhynchus lapathi L., also known as Yanggan white-tailed weevil, harms many poplars and willows mainly in the three northeastern provinces, causing great economic and ecological losses. Currently, the use of plant-based attractants to control the harm is the most effective control method, and the antennal receptors for the understanding of Yang dry like on the willow tree volatile matter sensing mechanism, thus developing effective plant attractant has a very important effect. In this paper, scanning electron microscopy technique was used to study the type and distribution of antennal receptors in C. elegans. The results showed that there were 9 sensitivities of Acanthopavalus grosvenorii, including 5 types of sensilla, including prothosic (4 subtypes), hair sensilla, Böhmann’s bristles, pyramidal sensors (2 subtypes) , Bell-shaped sensor.
