利福平(RFP)系由利福霉素B的转变物利福霉素SV经结构改造而获得的衍生物,对结核杆菌有高度敏感。但如与某些药物合用,不仅降低药物疗效,且会出现毒副反应,甚至危及生命。为引起临床医生重视,现将利福平合并其它药物后的相互作用作一简述。 RFP+口服避孕药(OC):两者合用可降低OC的有效性,致使避孕失败和突破性出血的发生
Rifampicin (RFP) is a derivative of the rifamycin B derivative, rifamycin SV, that has been structurally engineered to be highly susceptible to M. tuberculosis. However, if combined with certain drugs, not only reduce the drug efficacy, and there will be side effects, and even life-threatening. In order to arouse the attention of clinicians, the interaction between rifampicin and other drugs is briefly described. RFP + Oral Contraceptives (OCs): The combination of the two can reduce the effectiveness of OC, leading to contraceptive failure and breakthrough bleeding
