目的:探讨变应性鼻炎发病过程中不同阶段,变应性鼻炎实验动物模型鼻黏膜转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、成纤维细胞生长因子2(FGF-2)表达的动态变化。方法:选健康SD大鼠180只,随机分成正常对照组(A组)和实验组(B、C组),每组60只。在实验的不同阶段取鼻黏膜进行免疫组织化学染色,检测TGF-β1、FGF-2的表达情况。结果:A组TGF-β1、FGF-2表达均呈阴性。B、C组均呈不同程度的阳性表达,且B组在避免变应原后表达有所下降,但未降至正常组水平(P<0.05)。结论:变应性鼻炎动物模型鼻黏膜TGF-β1、FGF-2的表达呈不同程度阳性,脱离变应原后表达下降。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2) in nasal mucosa of experimental allergic rhinitis in different stages of the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 180 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (group A) and experimental group (group B and C), with 60 rats in each group. At different stages of the experiment, nasal mucosa were taken for immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and FGF-2. Results: The expression of TGF-β1 and FGF-2 in group A was negative. B and C groups showed positive expression to some extent, and the expression of B group decreased after avoiding allergens, but did not decrease to the level of normal group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of TGF-β1 and FGF-2 in nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis animal model is positive to some extent, and the expression of TGF-β1 and FGF-2 in nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis is decreased.
