To explore the etiology, predisposition, age distribution and prognosis of patients with severe hepatitis, we analyzed the clinical data of 565 patients with severe hepatitis treated in our hospital from 1997 to 1999. Subjects and methods 1. Subjects: 565 cases were hospitalized patients with severe hepatitis in our hospital, aged 1 to 80 years old, with an average age of 42.8 years.
