《合唱指挥》课分级训练的提出是在五项全能音乐教育理念指导下,以级别的概念来明确学生在该课考核中程度的差异,规划出合唱指挥教学要求的基本规格,这不仅有利于在教学中系统规范地选择或制定教材、科学合理地把握进度,而且还有利于公正、严谨的体现学生吸收知识的差异,从而强化了考核的激励机制。《合唱指挥》课分级训练的具体实施:1、按照级别训练的要求来引导学生有步骤的进行此课的学习,仍需遵循因材施教、由浅入深、由简入繁的教学规律来制定课程训练规划及合理鉴选受训学生规模。2、可将学制细分为若干时段,制定曲目级别与要求,并在不同时段末期对学生进行考核检验,根据考核来查看学生对知识的掌握情况,再进一步灵活选择适合学生的教学曲目和教学方法。
