医学高等专科学校主要是为本省县乡镇培养基层医疗工作人员的,所以面向的医疗服务对象主要是缺乏基本医疗知识的患者,要保证学生在服务基层医疗部门的时候能更好地与患者沟通和协调,就需要在抓好医学专业知识和技能的培养之上,更应注重对他们的人文素养的培养,以提高医专学生良好的职业道德操守和高度的责任心。对此,加强对医学生人文素质的培养,强调医疗过程中的人文关怀,成为了当前医学教育中的重点问题。
