建立固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱法测定桂圆中残留嘧菌酯的方法.色谱柱Shim-pack VP-ODS 150mm×4.6mm,检测波长为225nm,流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(水)=75∶25,流速为0.6mL/min,进样量为20μL.嘧菌酯在0.03~12.4μg/mL(r=0.999 4)的质量浓度范围内与峰面积成良好线性关系,检测限为0.01μg/mL,嘧菌酯的回收率为98.72%~100.20%,相对标准偏差2.26%~3.88%.该方法操作简便快速,可作为桂圆中嘧菌酯含量监测的控制方法.
A method for the determination of residual azoxystrobin in longan leaves by solid-phase extraction and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed.The column Shim-pack VP-ODS was 150mm × 4.6mm, the detection wavelength was 225nm and the mobile phase was V (acetonitrile): V Water) = 75:25, the flow rate was 0.6mL / min and the injection volume was 20μL.Azosine had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the mass concentration range of 0.03 ~ 12.4μg / mL (r = 0.999 4) The limit of detection of azoxystrobin was 0.01μg / mL, the recoveries of azoxystrobin were 98.72% ~ 100.20%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.26% ~ 3.88% .The method was simple and rapid and could be used as a control method for the monitoring of azoxystrobin in longan.
