随着近几年高校扩招,学生相继毕业参与到求职大军之中后,就业市场的竞争日趋激烈;另外,由于高等教育与企业用工的脱节,毕业生在学校学得的技能与企业要求有一定的差距,于是校企订单培养应运而生。订单培养模式处于摸索阶段,各高校采取的形式基本相似又有各自的特点。本文将就我校订单培养的模式及作者的见解做一个阐述,以其对我省职业教育订单培养体系的建设有所帮助。

In addition, due to the disconnection between higher education and enterprise employment, the skills and business requirements of graduates in schools are certain The gap, so school-enterprise order training came into being. Order training mode in the exploration phase, the form taken by the universities are similar and have their own characteristics. This article will make an elaboration on the model of our school’s order cultivation and the author’s opinion, which is helpful to the construction of vocational education order training system in our province.
