管状结构的接头中存在着不可忽视的应力集中现象。合理解决这一问题是目前研究管状结构的重要课题之一。本文运用SAP5程序对十字型管状接头(The Tubular DT-Joint)进行了有限元分析。求得了“热点”(Hot Point)应力集中系数,给出了应力集中系数曲线。在此基础上对两种局部加强的十字型接头进行了计算分析。结果表明:局部加强的效果是显著的,接头的应力集中系数有了大幅度的下降。本文的工作还为进一步研究接头疲劳问题提供了基础。
Tubular joints in the presence of stress concentration can not be ignored. To solve this problem reasonably is one of the most important topics in the research of tubular structure. In this paper, finite element analysis of The Tubular DT-Joint was performed by using SAP5 program. The “Hot Point” stress concentration factor was obtained and the stress concentration factor curve was given. On this basis, two kinds of locally strengthened cross joints were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the effect of local strengthening is significant, and the stress concentration factor of joints has dropped drastically. The work in this paper also provides the basis for further research on fatigue problems of joints.
