中共河北省第六届委员会第八次全体会议,讨论了制定全省国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划(2006—2010年)问题,提出如下建议。一、我省全面建设小康社会的关键时期 (一)在全面建设小康社会的历史进程中,未来五年,是承上启下的关键时期。按照党中央和省委的战略部署,我们要在这一时期实现“翻两番、三步走”的第二步战略目标,加快完善社会主义市场经济体制,全面推进和谐河北建设,为实现第三步战略目标打好基础。这是时代赋予我们的重大使命,也是全省人民的共同愿望。
At the Eighth Plenary Meeting of the Sixth Committee of the CPC Hebei Province, the CPC discussed the formulation of the eleventh five-year plan for the development of the province’s national economy and social development (2006-2010) and put forward the following suggestions. I. Key Periods for Building a Well-off Society in an All-round Way in Our Province (1) In the historical process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, the next five years will be the crucial period for the establishment of a well-to-do society. In accordance with the strategic plan of the Central Party Committee and the provincial party committee, we will accomplish the second-step strategic goal of “quadrupling the country’s trade and three steps” during this period. We will speed up the improvement of the socialist market economic system and comprehensively promote the construction of a harmonious Hebei. Achieve the third step strategic goals and lay a solid foundation. This is a major mission entrusted to us by the times and the common aspiration of the people in the province.
