采用镍铁金属粉末进行选区激光熔化试验,研究工艺参数对镍铁粉末成形性的影响。通过单层单道、单层多道扫描试验,分析了激光电流、脉冲宽度、扫描速度、激光频率、铺粉厚度、扫描间距等工艺参数对单层单道、单层多道扫描质量的影响。以此为基础,研究了不同工艺参数对多层多道扫描质量的影响,并对不同工艺参数下的试样形貌加以观察和分析,最终确定镍铁金属粉末选区激光熔化成形的优化工艺参数匹配。
Ferronickel metal powder was used to select laser melting test to study the influence of technological parameters on the formability of ferronickel powder. The effects of laser parameters such as laser current, pulse width, scanning speed, laser frequency, coating thickness and scanning pitch on single-layer single-layer and multi-layer scanning quality were analyzed by single-layer single- . Based on this, the influence of different process parameters on the quality of multi-layer and multi-pass scanning was studied, and the morphology of the samples under different process parameters was observed and analyzed. Finally, the optimum process parameters of laser melting forming of nickel-iron metal powder match.
