近年来石家庄市深入推进新型城镇化和城乡一体化发展战略,城镇化水平快速提高,产业结构进一步优化,城乡协调发展水平逐步提升。但总体来看城镇化的质量还不高,存在着农村劳动力转移不够充分,剩余劳动力转移受到制约等问题。文章对2011~2015年石家庄市农村劳动力转移现状进行分析,针对目前石家庄市农村劳动力转移过程中产生的问题,以农村电商的发展为突破口,为农村剩余劳动力的合理转移提供相关建议。
