房价是时下谈论的热点,如何调控房价,稳定房地产市场,是摆在政府及其有关职能部门面前一项重大而又现实的课题,必须引起足够的重视,采取切实有效的措施,促进其持续健康发展。让每个公民都买得起房,实现“居者有其屋”是当前面临的一大难题,国家出台的一系列政策措施,其效果并不令人十分满意。本文就房价居高不下的原因作了些分析,并提出了几点政策建议。
